How it works
- Add an identifier: Enter a Master B/L, Booking Number or Container ID when creating or editing a shipment.
- Sensos fetches events: We prioritize MBL → Booking → Container ID to retrieve the most complete event set.
- Events appear natively: Ocean events are shown inline across the Journey View, Event Log, and Properties panel.
- Act on exceptions: Use alerts and LIA rules to automate responses and surface operational impact.
