Customer Success Manager-NA


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in the United States. As a Customer Success Manager at Sensos, your role will be critical in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. This position requires an understanding of the needs of our customers, providing technical guidance on the utilization of our unique solutions (Label+SAAS). In addition, fostering long-term relationships with customers and global cross-functional teams. This is a full-time position, 100% remote

Region: preferred to be in Chicago time zone or Boston area

This position includes traveling to the customer’s site from time to time as needed (10%).

Roles &Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding (Pre-sell):
  • Account Management (Post-Sell):
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Product Education and Upsell:
  • Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and enhancements to our Sensos solutions.
  • Provide ongoing product education and training to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their investment.
  • Communicate customer insights to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Renewal Management:
  • Work closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role (3+ Years).
  • Previous experience with SaaS solutions and/or IoT devices with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Previous experience with logistics & supply chain – advantage
  • Understanding of cellular communication – advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
